The workspace is organized around six primary surfaces. Use the built-in workspace tour for a guided walkthrough, or use this page as a quick reference.

Agents
Create operators with a focused role, instructions, knowledge, and controlled access to connections. Open an agent to test it, inspect recent activity, and refine its configuration. Learn more about agents or create and test one.
Workflows
Build repeatable sequences, run them manually, and configure recurring Autopilots. The Runs view shows recent execution across workflows and Autopilots. Compare workflows and Autopilots, then learn how to inspect runs.
Connections
Connect external accounts, then choose which account and tools each agent may use. Read tools can retrieve information; actions and destructive tools have additional controls. See the connections overview and tool access guide.
Knowledge
Add business context, websites, files, and notes that agents can reference. Knowledge also provides a place to review imported sources and discovered competitors. Learn how to add and manage knowledge sources.
Board
Organize work as tickets. Use the board to review scope, assign people or agents, track status, and inspect the history of work performed on a ticket. Learn how the Board and tickets fit together.
Overview
Use Overview as the workspace control panel for current work, items needing attention, and the next useful action.
Inbox and Projects
Two additional areas support the core workspace:
- Inbox collects messages, proposals, approvals, waits, and errors that need attention. Learn how the Inbox and Board serve different purposes.
- Projects provide optional boards for focused initiatives.
