This guide takes you from an empty workspace to a repeatable, reviewable automation.
Complete onboarding
Create the workspace, describe the business, and configure your primary agent. You can provide a website or enter the product description yourself. Invitations, Telegram, source connections, and plan changes can be skipped and completed later.
Follow Complete onboarding for each screen and decision.
Create an agent
Open Agents and choose New agent. Give the agent:
- a specific name and role;
- instructions that describe the result and its boundaries;
- only the skills it needs;
- only the connection accounts and tools required for the work.
Save the agent, then test it with a small representative request before using it in an automation. See Create and test an agent.
Create a workflow
Open Workflows, create a workflow, and add the steps in the order they should run. Use the data picker to pass an earlier step’s output into a later step.
Run and review
Run the workflow on demand with representative input. Open the run detail to inspect step status, outputs, and any pending approval. Approve or reject the proposed action from the run rather than recreating it elsewhere.
Add a trigger or autopilot
After the manual run is correct, configure an autopilot if the process should continue from a schedule or another supported trigger. Review the execution mode, output mode, trigger, and recent runs before leaving it active.
Next steps
Tour the workspace
Learn where to configure agents, automate work, review results, and manage context.

Decide when a project and separate board are useful.
Choose an automation
Compare a workflow you run with an autopilot that responds to a trigger.
Connect an account
Add an external account and control which tools may use it.
