The connection directory shows the providers currently available to your workspace. Use it to find the service you need and start its supported authorization flow.
Find a provider
Open Connections, then either:
- search by provider name or description; or
- browse by category, such as analytics, billing, documents, marketing, project management, or support.
Connected accounts stay visible separately so you can review their status. The directory can also show providers that need attention, have expired authorization, or are not yet available to connect.
The catalog is a directory of available connection options, not a promise that every provider or every provider tool is appropriate for your workflow. Review the provider, account, and tools you intend to use, then test them with representative work.
Understand the connection method
OAuth
AI Agent sends you to the provider to choose an account and grant access.
API key
AI Agent asks you to enter a credential supplied by the provider.
Follow the instructions shown for the selected provider. After authorization, return to AI Agent and confirm that the intended account is active.
Use the connection
Connecting an account makes it available to the workspace. It does not automatically give every agent access.
Open the intended agent
Choose the agent whose role requires the provider.
Select the exact account
Verify the provider and account name before attaching it.
Choose the required tools
Begin with reads and add only the actions the role needs.
Save and test
Test a representative read request before enabling external changes.
