The Board is where planned and active work becomes visible. Each ticket describes a unit of work that a person or agent can own, discuss, and move through a defined status.

Ticket status
Tickets can move through:
- Backlog — captured but not ready to start;
- To do — ready to be picked up;
- In progress — actively being worked;
- In review — waiting for review;
- Done — completed;
- Blocked — unable to continue;
- Cancelled — intentionally stopped.
Move a ticket on the board or change its status from the ticket detail.
Ticket details
A ticket can include:
- a title and description;
- priority, start date, and due date;
- human and agent assignees;
- labels and subtasks;
- comments, replies, and reactions;
- file attachments;
- linked GitHub issues or pull requests;
- activity and agent-execution history.
When an agent needs clarification or confirmation, the ticket can show a Needs you interaction. Respond from the ticket so the work can continue with the original context.
Workspace and project boards
The workspace board shows work across the active business context. A ticket may optionally belong to a Project, which gives a focused initiative its own board.
Ticket sources
Tickets may be created manually, by an Autopilot, or by a configured intake such as a Gmail filter. The ticket preserves its source so you can distinguish generated work from work entered by a person.
General Inbox messages remain messages until you promote them. A connection can also provide an explicit intake rule; for example, Gmail can turn matching threads into tickets automatically.
Board
Track owned work through a visible status from backlog to completion.
Delete a ticket
Delete a ticket from its detail view when the work should be permanently removed. This also removes the ticket from the Board, so use cancellation when you want to preserve the record of stopped work.
