Inbox and attention

Review messages, proposals, approvals, waits, and errors before turning them into tracked work.

The Inbox collects items that need your attention. It is a review queue, while the Board is the source of tracked work.

Inbox

Review messages, proposals, approvals, waits, and errors before deciding what happens next.

What appears in the Inbox

Inbox items can include:

  • inbound messages;
  • agent proposals;
  • actions waiting for approval;
  • workflow waits;
  • tickets ready for review;
  • ticket or run errors.

Each row shows a label that identifies the type of attention required.

Organize the queue

Use the Inbox filters to view:

  • All current items;
  • Flagged items you marked for follow-up;
  • Snoozed items hidden until later;
  • Archived items removed from the active queue.

You can also view unread items and mark individual items or the full queue as read.

Respond to messages

Connected Gmail and customer Telegram conversations can appear in the same Inbox model. Open the item to review its thread and available reply controls.

Email drafts that send through a connected account wait for approval before execution. A human Telegram reply can be sent from the conversation detail.

Turn attention into work

Open the attention item

Review the message and its original conversation context.

Decide whether it needs tracking

Keep lightweight communication in the Inbox. Promote work that needs ownership or a status.

Promote the item

Promotion creates a linked ticket, resolves the attention item, and moves the work into the Board workflow.

This explicit handoff prevents every message from becoming a hidden or duplicate task.
