AI Agent workspaces have two member roles:
Admin
Manage members, invitations, roles, and workspace project access.
Member
Work in the workspace projects assigned to the member.
Here, a workspace project is a top-level business context with its own agents, connections, knowledge, and work. It is different from the optional Alpha Project on the Board, which groups tickets for an initiative.
Invite a member
Open member settings
Review existing members and pending invitations first.
Enter the invitee
Choose Invite member and enter their email address.
Choose a role
Select Admin or Member based on the access they need.
Send and review the invitation
The invitation remains pending until accepted and can be revoked while it is pending.
The invitation appears as pending until it is accepted. Review pending invitations periodically and revoke any that are no longer needed.
Change access
After a Member accepts the invitation, an Admin can open that member to:
- change their Admin or Member role;
- grant or remove access to selected workspace projects;
- remove an existing member from the workspace.
Pending invitations can be revoked before acceptance.
Use selected access for members who do not need every business context in the workspace. Changes apply to the member’s ability to open those workspace projects and their associated agents, connections, knowledge, and work.
Admins can open every workspace project. Project selection applies to the Member role.
Before removing someone
Review active work and shared responsibilities first. Removing a member removes their workspace access but does not serve as a substitute for disconnecting external accounts or rotating provider credentials they separately control.
